How do I order on Fitpolo? Ordering is easy, just follow the steps below. For further assistance, you can contact customer service by phone or email.

Is there a limit on the number of orders or the quantity of products in a single order? In the interest of all our customers, we may impose bulk purchase restrictions on some products. Fitpolo reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit quantities per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Fitpolo will notify the customer should such limits be applied.
How do I know if my order was successful? Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from Fitpolo detailing the order you just placed.
What documents are required to receive the order? Delivery will be made to the address specified when completing the order. At the delivery point, the recipient’s identity must be verified by presenting the original work ID, passport, driver’s license, or civil ID to support the verification by our courier partners.
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel the order up to the point of shipping without any charges. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, fees may apply according to the cancellation terms stated in the terms and conditions. For assistance, please contact the customer service team who will be happy to help with this.
Multiple Product Orders If you ordered multiple products in one order, we will try to ensure they are delivered together, but this also depends on the type of products ordered. Some items are large and delivered directly from the supplier; in these cases, we may not be able to deliver them together.
Communication and Security
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card with Fitpolo? When ordering from the Fitpolo site, we only accept orders from web browsers that allow communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology – the international standard for secure browsing.
Secure 3D Payment Gateway: Fitpolo operates on a secure 3D payment gateway, a service designed to enhance the security of online transaction payments.
Will my data be shared with third parties by Fitpolo? We respect the privacy of our valued customers and do not share any customer details with any third party.
Payments
How can I pay with Fitpolo? Payment options are through credit and debit cards; Fitpolo does not accept cash on delivery as a payment method.
Will I receive a receipt for my purchase? Yes, once the order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with full details, and you will also receive a paper copy with your product.
Does Fitpolo store any credit/debit card details? No credit or debit card details are stored by Fitpolo.

Delivery
Where does Fitpolo deliver? Fitpolo delivers across Kuwait, though some remote areas are restricted.
What types of delivery does Fitpolo have? Fitpolo currently offers two types of delivery: express delivery through our partner Porter Express (Kuwait) and supplier delivery for larger home products.
How much does delivery cost? Delivery charges depend on your location and are displayed in your shopping cart for your convenience.
Can a specific delivery time be scheduled? Generally, we deliver within 48 business hours, and our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time.
International Shipping: Fitpolo does not offer international shipping.
Returns/Cancellations and Warranty
Who can I contact if I want to return a product? Customer service is available to assist with any inquiries you may have. They are available 7 days a week by phone or email.
If I want to cancel/return my products, what should I do? In these cases, please refer to the Return Policy section for more information. You can also contact customer service for further assistance.
What is the timeframe if I want to return my order? The return period should not exceed 14 days from the date of purchase, according to the law of the State of Kuwait.
How long is the warranty period? All Fitpolo products come with a warranty, which is shown on the paper invoice delivered with the product. Please ensure to keep the invoice as it will be required as proof of purchase for service and other matters.
