The low-price guarantee is limited to one price match per item per guest (e.g., an individual buyer cannot claim more than one item) and does not apply to limited stock, out-of-stock items, daily deals/hourly deals, sale items, bundles, free gifts, coupon offers, cashback offers, debit/credit card offers, or events/festivals (National Day, New Year's, Eid, etc.).

  2. Occasionally, we may encounter errors such as images, information, pricing, etc., for products on the website during system updates. In such cases, we reserve the full right to cancel the order/purchase. Best Tangel will try to resolve such errors in the best possible way and expects the support and cooperation from the customer in such cases.
