Exchange and Return Policy

Conditions for returning and exchanging goods

The consumer has the right to exchange or return goods and receive a refund using the same payment method, subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be in the same condition as when purchased.

- The consumer must not have used it in any way

- The image should not be easily damaged.

Unless it is proven to be defective at the time of purchase

- The nature of the goods must not be such that they cannot be returned or refunded.
