How do I order on Fitpolo? Ordering is easy, the basic steps are explained below: For further assistance, you can contact customer service by phone or email

- Add the product to the shopping cart

- Wait for confirmation once payment is completed.

Is there a limit to the quantity of orders or the quantity of products in one order?
For the benefit of all of our customers, we may impose limits on bulk purchases of certain products. Fitpolo reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to limit quantities per person, per household or per order. These limits may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Fitpolo will provide notice to the customer if these limits apply.

How do I know if my application was successful?
Once your order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation from Fitpolo detailing the order you just placed.

Once I have ordered from Fitpolo what documents are required to receive the order?
Delivery will be made to the address specified when completing the order, at the point of delivery, verification of the identity of the addressee is required by seeing the original business card, passport, driving license or civil ID to support the verification of the addressee by our courier partners

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order up to the point of shipment without any charges being applied, unfortunately once the product has been shipped a charge may apply as per the cancellation terms stated in the terms and conditions For assistance with this please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist in this matter.

Multiple product requests:
If you have ordered multiple products in one order, we will try to ensure that they are all delivered together, however this also depends on the type of products ordered, some products are large and are delivered directly from the supplier, in these cases we will not be able to deliver them together.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card with Fitpolo ?
When ordering from the Fitpolo website, we only accept orders from web browsers that allow communication via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - the international standard for Internet browsing security.

3D Secure Payment Gateway: Fitpolo operates on a 3D Secure payment gateway, a service gateway designed to enhance security in payment processes for online transactions.

Will my data be shared with third parties on Fitpolo ?
We respect the privacy of our valued customers and do not share any customer details with any third party.

Payments

How can I pay using Fitpolo ?
Payment options are through credit and debit cards, Fitpolo does not accept cash on delivery as a payment method.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, once the order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with full details, and you will also receive a paper copy with your product.

Does Fitpolo store any credit/debit card details?
No credit or debit card details are stored by Fitpolo.

Delivery

Where is delivery on Fitpolo ?
Fitpolo delivers across Kuwait, however some remote areas are restricted.

What types of delivery does Fitpolo have?
Fitpolo currently offers two types of delivery, courier delivery through our partner Porter Express (Kuwait) and also supplier delivery for larger household products.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges depend on your location and are displayed in your shopping cart for your convenience.

Is it possible to specify a specific delivery date?
Generally, we deliver within 48 business hours, and our courier partner will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

International shipping, is it available?
Fitpolo does not offer international shipping.

Returns/Cancellations & Warranty

If I want to return a product who can I contact?
Customer services are available to assist with any query you may have, they are available 7 days a week by phone or email.

If I want to cancel/return my products, what do I do?
In these cases, please refer to the Return Policy section for more information, and you can also contact Customer Services for further assistance.

What is the timeline if I want to return my order?
The return period must not exceed 14 days from the date of purchase according to the law of the Ministry of the State of Kuwait

How long is the warranty?
All products from Fitpolo carry a warranty, this is shown on the paper invoice delivered with the product, please ensure you retain the invoice as it will be required as proof of purchase in cases of service etc.
